To start with, keep the fitness goals manageable, small, and realistic for you. Sleep like you are not at all going to sleep for the next few years. You may allow people to help you. If your partner or family offers to watch your baby or bring food so you may nap it is most likely that they have been in your shoes. Do not try to be a Superwoman.
